DISTANCE SALES AGREEMENT

By accepting this agreement, the BUYER acknowledges in advance that, upon confirming the order, they will be under the obligation to pay the order amount and, where applicable, the shipping fee, taxes, and any additional charges specified, and that they have been informed in this regard.

2. DEFINITIONS
The terms used in this Agreement shall have the meanings set forth below, in accordance with Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and the Regulation on Distance Contracts:

• MINISTER: The Minister of Trade of the Republic of Türkiye

• MINISTRY: Ministry of Trade of the Republic of Türkiye

• LAW: Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers

• REGULATION: Regulation on Distance Contracts

• SERVICE: Any consumer transaction other than the supply of goods, performed or committed to be performed for a fee or benefit

• SELLER: The company offering goods to the consumer within the scope of its commercial or professional activities, or acting on behalf of or on account of the seller

• BUYER: The natural or legal person who acquires, uses, or benefits from a good or service for non-commercial or non-professional purposes

• WEBSITE: The website owned by the SELLER

• ORDERING PARTY: The natural or legal person who requests a good or service through the SELLER’s website

• PARTIES: The SELLER and the BUYER

• AGREEMENT: This Distance Sales Agreement concluded between the SELLER and the BUYER

• GOOD: Any movable property subject to shopping, as well as software, audio, video, and other intangible goods prepared for use in electronic media

3. SUBJECT MATTER
This Agreement regulates the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of the product(s) ordered electronically by the BUYER from the SELLER’s website, whose specifications and sales price are stated below, in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.

The prices listed and announced on the website are the sales prices. The announced prices and commitments remain valid until they are updated or changed. Prices announced for a specific period are valid until the specified period expires.

7.1. The basic characteristics of the goods/products/services (type, quantity, brand/model, color, number) are published on the SELLER’s website.

7.2. Prices
The prices listed and announced on the website are the sales prices.

7.3. Taxes and Payments
The total sales price of the goods or services, including all taxes, is shown below:

9. GENERAL PROVISIONS
9.1. Information and Acceptance
The BUYER declares that they have read and understood the basic characteristics of the product(s), the sales price, the payment method, and delivery information as stated on the SELLER’s website, and have confirmed this electronically.

9.2. Delivery Period
Each product subject to the agreement shall be delivered to the BUYER within a maximum of 30 days, depending on the distance to the BUYER’s place of residence, as specified in the pre-information section on the website.

10. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The BUYER has the right to withdraw from the agreement, without giving any reason and without incurring any penalty, by notifying the SELLER within 14 days from the date the product is delivered to them or to the person/entity they designate.

11. PRODUCTS FOR WHICH THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL CANNOT BE EXERCISED
Products prepared in line with the BUYER’s request or personal needs, underwear bottoms, cosmetic products, single-use items, and similar products are not covered by the right of withdrawal.

12. DEFAULT AND LEGAL CONSEQUENCES
If the BUYER defaults on their payment transactions made by credit card, they accept, declare, and undertake that they will pay interest and be liable to the bank in accordance with the credit card agreement made with the card-issuing bank.

13. COMPETENT COURT
In disputes arising from this Agreement, complaints and objections may be submitted to the Consumer Arbitration Committee or Consumer Court located in the BUYER’s place of residence or where the consumer transaction is carried out.

14. ENFORCEMENT
Once the BUYER makes the payment for the order placed through the website, they are deemed to have accepted all the terms of this Agreement.
